  • If you have a sign with more than one plank, then please let us know in the "Additional Instructions" which plank you would like to upcycle.
  • Perfect for wedding venues to direct guests or out on the road to help them find the venue.
  • Paint Options: Black, white, left natural or reflective
  • Reflective Paint: Choose reflective paint for better night visibility – the pigments reflect torchlight or headlights, making it ideal for road signs to catch attention.

  • Waterproof paint and finished with a protective danish oil.
  • Arrives fully assembled.

Dimensions

  • 60 cm x 12 cm with one 70 cm leg
  • Up to two plaques on a post with each plaque being either a block or an arrow (choose from the drop down menu).

How do I upcycle my wedding sign into a coatrack?

  1. Remove the dowels from the predrilled holes.
  2. Remove the post from the back of the plaque. Although this can be done with a screwdriver, we recommend using a drill for ease.
  3. Attach your rustic coat hooks into the predrilled holes on the back of the plaque.
  4. Mount your new coat rack to the wall using the screws provided. Insert the additional dowels into the screw holes to conceal them – they fit snugly and may need a gentle tap with a wooden mallet or hard rubber.
  5. Enjoy your beautiful and practical keepsake in your home.

Ground Spikes (Optional for Easy Installation)

Our 55 cm ground spikes make installation easy by reducing how much of the post needs to be buried (typically 20–30 cm), keeping the sign secure while maintaining its full height. They also protect the oak by preventing direct contact with wet ground, improving stability and longevity.

After Care

About Oak

Wood is a natural material that naturally responds to changes in temperature and humidity by expanding and contracting. While these shifts are typically minor, you may notice small hairline cracks over time—this is a natural characteristic that adds to the wood’s unique charm. Seasonal changes can also cause slight movement in the timber, which is completely normal and expected as part of its aging process.

After Care

Regular care is essential to keep your product in top condition. We recommend treating the wood with Danish oil or a similar timber treatment to nourish and protect it. This helps prevent drying out, discoloration, staining, cracking, and warping, ensuring its longevity and beauty over time.
