At Grain Designs, we take great care in crafting and shipping our products to ensure they arrive safely and on time. Each piece is handmade to order in Devon, and our delivery times reflect the care and attention that go into every creation.

All of our products are included in one shipping profile.
This allows for consistent and transparent shipping rates across our full range.
1. Standard Delivery
Our Standard Delivery option provides reliable service for all product sizes, allowing sufficient time for handcrafted production before dispatch.

2. Design Confirmation and Build Time
Please note that all build times begin once the design has been confirmed.
We allow up to 48 hours for design confirmation after your order is placed. If confirmation takes longer than 48 hours, your build and dispatch dates will be delayed accordingly.
As all of our products are handmade and custom-engraved, we cannot rush the crafting process without compromising quality.
If the engraving or design stage is delayed due to late confirmation, your delivery schedule will automatically adjust to accommodate the new timeline.
We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible while maintaining the high standards of craftsmanship that define Grain Designs.
3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
All orders are designed, crafted, and shipped within the UK.
4. Additional Information
- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided (where applicable).
- We are not responsible for postal or courier delays once your order has left our workshop.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.

5. Returns Policy
As all our products are personalised and bespoke, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.
Each item is custom-made to your approved design, making it unique to you.
However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, missing parts, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@graindesigns.co.uk.
In these cases, we will arrange for the product to be collected by courier, the issue will be resolved, and the corrected item will be returned to you at no additional cost.
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
