Yes. We can generally engrave basic logos, emblems and simple line illustrations. More intricate artwork may need some adjustment to translate well into an engraving, so we're always happy to look at your design before you order.

Absolutely. We can engrave nearly any font and will provide design options for you to choose from. If you have a particular font or style in mind, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
Can I choose the colour of the engraving?
Yes. Depending on the product, engraving can be finished in a choice of colours including black, white, dark brown or natural/unpainted. Some products also have additional finish options.
Can I request a completely bespoke design?
Yes. Many of our products are made to order and we're happy to discuss custom dimensions, alternative layouts or ideas that aren't shown on the website.
Do I get to see the design before you make it?
Yes. We communicate with you throughout the design process and provide a proof for approval before carving begins. We won't engrave your product until you're happy with the design.
Are your personalised gifts made in Devon?
Yes. Our products are handmade in our South Devon workshop using sustainably sourced English oak.
What makes your oak gifts sustainable?
We use sustainably sourced English oak, selected through local timber suppliers in and around Dartmoor National Park. We also make our products to order, rather than mass-producing large quantities of stock.
How long do personalised oak gifts take to make?
Our standard production time is around 15 working days, although this can vary depending on the product and current demand. If you choose an Osmo finish, please allow an additional 2 working days for treatment and drying.
We recommend ordering early for Christmas, particularly for larger bespoke pieces.
